Amino Acid Distributions

Explore position dependent amino acid distributions based on numbering scheme, chain type and organism:

• Numbering Scheme to select preferred numbering scheme.
• Chain Type Heavy or the Light chain.
• Organism restricts the analysis to chains from a particular organism. If no organism is selected, frequencies are for all sequences in the database.
